Beschreibung

Das Entfärbungsmittel ist ein kationisches Polymer auf Basis eines quaternären Ammoniumtyps, das auf einem Dicyandiamid-Formaldehyd-Harz basiert.

Wasserentfärber hat eine hohe Absorptionseffizienz und eine schnelle Sedimentation der anionischen Farbpartikel im Abwasser.

Wasserentfärber können die elektrische Ladung neutralisieren und eine gute Gerinnungsflocke bilden. Es kann auch solche kombinieren, die anionische Substanzen koagulieren können, die Wasser färben, wie z. B. direkte, reaktive, Küpen-, Dispersions- und Säureaugen.

Wasserentfärber ist ein Spezialprodukt zum Entfärben, Ausflocken und zur Senkung des CSB

Anwendung & Vorteile

Stärkere Entfärbung (50 % bis 99 %) und Entfernung von CSB und BSB (50 % bis 80 %).

Wird zum Entfärben stark gefärbter Abwässer aus Färbeanlagen verwendet. Hohe Leistung zur Abwasserbehandlung mit Reaktiv-, Säure-, Dispersions-, Direktfarbstoffen usw. (lösliche und unlösliche Farbstoffe).

Zur Behandlung von Abwässern aus der Textil- und Färbereiindustrie, der Pigmentindustrie, der Druckfarbenindustrie und der Papierindustrie.

Wird als Retentionsmittel in der Papier- und Zellstoffverarbeitung verwendet.

Schnellere Sedimentation, bessere Flockung.

Keine Umweltverschmutzung (kein Aluminium, Chlor, Schwermetallionen usw.).

Es kann vor oder nach der biologischen Behandlung angewendet werden.

Es entsteht weniger Schlamm als bei anderen anorganischen Koagulationsmitteln.
